blandClaude Opus 4.8 66262cc683 ci: add rustfmt+clippy components in-container for enok test ...

The slim rust:1-bookworm image ships without rustfmt/clippy, so
`cargo fmt --check` and `cargo clippy` failed. Install them in the
ephemeral job container before the checks (no host install).
