Ny side, bygget av treneren: tilstand, prosjekt og søknad, fra henvendelse til levert

Fra plans/klingenbergbygg.yaml i uhhm/portal. Færre felt, én pult
(kontor), og kunden får innlogging når tilbudet er godtatt: egne
oppdrag og leverte dokumenter. Ordene er det gamle skjemaets der de
fantes.
