Alternativet meldte fra at hjelpen var gitt, men sa ikke hvor i forløpet det kunne gjøres, og standarden er første steg. Et hjelpe- behov går open -> formidlet -> ordnet, så regelen ble open -> ordnet, en kant maskinen ikke har. Knappen har aldri virket. Nå står det formidlet, som er der naboen faktisk kan si fra.
