bl 754527d029 fix: patch ncurses via git to fix aarch64 build ...

ncurses-6.0.1 on crates.io uses a TRUE constant that Arch Linux ARM's
ncurses headers no longer define, breaking the rpi runner. Patch to git
HEAD which has the fix.
